Note also FAA registration data identifies the plane as a G-103A Twin II Acro
(as distinct from the preliminary data description). Registered to a corporation.

It was a landing incident where the student pilot porpoised and broke the tail and hit the nose. No injuries except the glider of course.

So if it is a student, and crew of 2, then why did the CFI-G allow
this to happen?

Sorry, It may not have been a student, my information came second hand. More likely a private pilot. We will have to wait until the detailed report is published.
