Free Flight Systems out of Texas, but not the analog ones, just the
digitals. The analogs are now orphaned.

Try Toronto Avionics http://www.to-avionics.com/. I just brought a
TX-720 (12 years old non-digital) from ebay. The seller had it
serviced at Toronto Avionics before selling, and it is loud and clear!

Servicing is not a problem, manuals are plentiful and most of their units
are easy to align/service. The problem comes when you lose something like
one of the analog # selector dials. They are simply not available anymore.
Heck, even on the digitals, they upgraded the display board on one of the
units, comm I think, and the old button switches were done away with. Trying
to find the old switches for replacement without having to send it to Free
Flight for a display board upgrade was an interesting task. I managed to
finagle one in exchange for a contribution to the party fund at Trimble. I
later sold it for twice the contribution.
