I'm tossing a coin between PS Engineering PM 1000 II or the Sigtronics SIC-4
Does anyone have anything good or bad to say about either one?
Thanks

I installed a PS Engineering PM 1000II in my experimental. Other then
getting in a debate with the factory on voiding the warrenty because I
didn't purchase the wiring harness from them which I thought was kinda
bogus, the unit works great,, so far ...... The their defense, I am
sure some guys will butcher up the install and try to blame them for
any and all hiccups and thats why they probably want to sell you the
harness, altho it is almost as much as the unit itself.. I would buy
another intercom made by them for sure.. My two cents worth.

I had a 4-place PM 1000 II installed when I bought the airplane in 2000.
It has always worked well. It has the "clearance recorder" option which
has proved handy on occasion.

PSE has a stellar reputation - deserverdly so, from my experience. In this
case, check for separate MIC amps at each input, for example.
