1964 Piper Aztec forsale

Gents,

I'd like to sell my 1964 C model Aztec in order to purchase
a newer, shiner, more expensive version. Currently owned
by me and a partner in Austin, TX. Will sell my half share
(if you are interested in an airplane based in central Texas)
or the whole thing. My partner never uses it and is willing
to sell his half or to stay in it.

I won't post all the specs but the major points are;
4993 TTAF, RE 1952 SMOH, LE 1717 SMOH & 77 STOH.
425 Right Prop, 299 left prop. Average condition, runs
good, dependable transportation, but nothing fancy.

Asking price is $50,000

I should have been more specific:
The asking price is $50,000 for the whole thing and $25,000
for 1/2 interest.
