Since this is a clock with an ETA movement, I would try to do it similarly
to my Swatch chrono: Pull the adjustment knob for the clock, then press the
buttons to change the position of the topwatch hands.

No idea whether that works on the Benz, though.

Is it possible that there is another mode that accidently got
set... a "countdown" timer?
