I already thought so, by the look of it, but didn't know these jets had
them too.
Thinking about it, I shouldn't know why these jets should NOT have thrust
reversers.

Some do. The demand was a multirole feighter for short strips or
motorway strips, in case the airfields became destroyed.
This is a cold war design to be operated within closest range to combat
zone (eg. cold war Germany).

If you are going to take that attitude (efficiency), then you will eliminate
war, and the military altogether.
