Then during take-off, do the aileron and the flap use the same angle?

He's also asking about the elevators on the horizontal
stabilizer, they do control the angle of attack of the wing Shi
Jin.

Flap position depends on a/c type & type of takeoff, ie, normal, short
field or soft field. Some a/c do have ailerons that droop a few degrees
as well.
