Where can I get a hand on flight charts WW2 pilots used to navigate in
Europe? I like to see what kind of information they had for navigation.

FWIW, my wife's dad flew reconnaissance (as PIC) in the B-24 over the
South Pacific during WW2. He gave me one of his old AAF cloth (e.g:
waterproof) charts of South Borneo, circa June, 1944 that I had
framed. There are only two navaids (ADF) depicted on the chart
and nothing else. Other than ADF, I reckon it was all pretty much
"True Virgins Make Dull Company," at least in the South Pacific
anyway.

Nice. Can you take a digital photo and post it on to the web or Email it to
me?

I wander if US ships provided additional navaids over the open sea during
the war?
