Federal Aviation Administration Government Goon Squads
trying to shut down free speech

http://themainbang.typepad.com/blog/

This blog is known as the premier Air Traffic control
blog in America. Apparently it has gotten under the skin
of the FAA goon squads. This blog exposes on a daily basis
the incompetency and poor management practices within
the Failed Aviation Administration.

Please take a few minutes and support this site and the man
that is challenged by free speech censors within our Federal
Government. If his blog is allowed to be shut down God help
us all and our loss of free speech rights on the Internet

An FAA employee does not have 1st Amendment rights as it pertains to his
employment. The 1st Amendment protects citizens against most government
suppression of speech.

FAA employees can have their public speech restrained by the FAA as it
pertains to issues surrounding the employee-employer relationship. The
FAA is not "the government" when it comes to dealing with its employees.

Any good 1st Amendment attorney knows this cold.

The blog operator IS NOT an FAA employee. Public speech
restrained? Are you on drugs? Who says being an employee of
the Government (UNLESS IT IS CLASSIFIED INFORMATION) gives
them a right to "Restrain your speech"?!?!!? That is horse ****.

What your are saying is being an employee of the Federal
Government negates my right to free speech about anything
including my employer?

I don't think so comrade

And he is not being sued by the FAA but rather a private citizen, a fact
which the average second grader could deduce from reading the FIRST page
of the lawsuit.

You do not have the right to say what you want about the Federal
Government, as it relates to your employment and the governments
policies and keep your job. A fact made abundantly clear to every
single Federal employee every year. Virtually the same rules every non
government employee works under.

Let's analyze this..

So called PRIVATE citizen?(ACTUAL FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FAA
SUPERVISOR) hired as his "Private"? counsel FAA
EMPLOYEE(Moonlight/**** house attorney)who works for the FAA
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm....

Content of law suit is abundantly about "Private Citizen?"
and his incompetency and poor performance while FAA
SUPERVISOR exposed as he performs his "Federal" FAA Duties
that resulted in FAA EMPLOYEE tragedy

And you say the FAA has NOTHING to do with this? Any FIRST
grader can see this OBFUSCATION LAW SUIT is a mechanism for
the Government using internal spineless sycophants as bait
and minions to destroy and remove author of PRIVATE CITIZEN
FREE SPEECH INTERNET BLOG that exposes FAA MANAGEMENT
INCOMPETENCY and POOR MANAGEMENT
Hmmmmmmmmmmmm.........

Big deal. He isn't being sued by the government. Get over it. He's
being sued by another private citizen who happens to work for the same
employer. These type lawsuits are a dime a dozen and happen every day.

Yawn.

The FAA doesn't sue people. If the FAA thought there was anything there
they would simply fire him. They haven't so much as given him a written
or verbal reprimand.

Exactly. That is why this "Private Law Suit" is really a
clandestine way to shut down an internet blog using internal
FAA management sycophants driven by lies and promises and
behind the scenes career advancement. Of course the FAA does
not sue people directly. And of course they won't "admit"
they are involved in this "Private, cough, spew, hurl" libel
suit. The FAA uses spineless minions and sycophants to do
their behind the scenes internal dirty work. I noticed you
did not address the conflict of interest regarding an FAA
Manager using an FAA employee as legal counsel? Little fishy
smell in the air perhaps???

The FAA has made it publicly known they desperately would
like the premier Air Traffic blog called the Main
Bang(Operated by the former head of the Air Traffic union
NATCA) shut down. It "embarrasses" them.

In the wonderful world of the internet private things that
used to be secret are now out in the open for all too see.

The most logical and professional way for the FAA to deal
with their exploding HR issues and the RECORD airline delays
is to begin by treating their critical employees with
dignity and professionalism. Right now they treat critical
employees such as controllers and technicians like **** with
disdain and disrespect. They do fly their worthless
Headquarter and Regional cubicle rats all over America to
resort casinos for diversity conferences and "Meetings" to
scheme over how to **** their employees over or kiss the ass
of some big contractor while they pat their pathetic
worthless selfs on the back claiming to save money. The
money savings is actually smoke and mirror lies to fool the
unsuspecting public.

My wife works for a company that is huge. It has all the
same HR issues any large Government organization has with
their people. But there is one key difference. I have never
been able to find anything negative on the Internet about
her fortune 100 employer as opposed to page after page after
page of negative stuff even entire blogs dedicated to
horrible FAA Management. You know why? Because she has
QUALIFIED and HUMBLE and DECENT Management within her
company. The FAA is full of pompous assholes and failed
diversity experiments and cubicle rat bean counters with
visions of unjustified grandeur. The FAA is infested with
heroes in their own mind idiots who swear their **** don't
stink.

Rather than go after the truth like the FAA does, why not
just fix your internal problems with your pathetic
unqualified overblown management? Doing that may even fix
our nations crumbling Air Traffic control system and record
airline delays and bankruptcies.

Does the American public really want to fix the FAA? Start
by eliminating FAA Headquarters and start over from scratch.
Rather than a political sycophant make the FAA Administrator
pass a vote by the airlines and the public. Also require the
FAA administrator to know how to fly a ****ing airplane and
know what the letters ILS and ATC mean.

Right now it is hard to tell the difference between FAA HQ's
and a Bozo the Clown Academy.

It must be tough to get any sleep with all those black helicopters
following you around. The FAA doesn't take internal action against an
employee but they send out a supervisor to sue him instead for the blog
he writes that nobody's ever heard of? That's a good one. Blogs like
that are everywhere.
Exploding HR issues? My facility, which is authorized 18 controllers
will have five new controllers by the end of the year to bring us up to
23. Retirements FAA wide are higher this year and will be higher still
next year. They have to be as the majority of us were all hired on
between 1981 and 1991. Simple numbers Einstein.

In your case kissing any part of your body, especially your face, would
make me an ass kisser.
