Conventional Air Launched Cruise missile, and the Joint Air-to Surface
Standoff Missile just got cleared for service.

For shorter distances (tens rather than hundreds of miles) the Joint
Standoff Weapon (JSOW) has demonstrated itself to be a rather effective
bit of kit in service, and even the humble JDAM will glide quite a few
miles when dropped from height.

Theres the AGM-86C CALCM, and the AGM-158 JASSM. IIRC, The former is not
designed for the B1/B2, and I'm not sure if the latter is opperational
yet, full production was supposed to start last year.

A little note concerning the stand-off weapons you mention for the B-1B: though

theoretically it could carry 8 ALCMs (internally), it is prohibited from carrying cruise

missiles by treaty with the SU/ FSU. SRAM-A retired from the inventory about

a decade ago. Though your reference source dates from 2002, it wasn't up to date.
