Citing policy and budget concerns, key members of Congress have called
on NASA Administrator Sean O'Keefe to postpone further work on the
next U.S. space plane designed to carry crews to and from orbit.

Half the congressmen will bitch there isn't a replacement for the
shuttle and the other half will bitch the replacement needs to be
another design. They will all bitch the price for any option is too
high and their delays have no effect on the final price.
