View Full Version : Apology to Tarver

Marron has been compared to Tarver on this NG. Tarver at his worst is way above
Marron in every way. I think all those who compared Mike Marron to Tarver owe
Tarver an apology.

It's for Alzheimer's and similar problems. I wasn't offended you've been
trading insults with Mike. What offended me was the comparison to Tarver.
Trust me, there is no comparison.

I think it's the anti-arthritis drug my 9.5-year-old collie gets in
yummy beef-flavored chewable tablets.

He jests, of course. Have you set aside the #10 syringe needle for his
use.....you know, the one that looks like a spike?
As you undoubtedly know, all good things come to he who waits. (^-^)))

In WW II that was known as the square hook in the left nut.

Would your collie share? It's wet and chilly in SW Louisiana this
morning and my arthritis is really hurting me. I can swap some of my Rat
Terrier's treats and 4 pills of Temparil P she takes for itchy skin. <VBG>

He probably would, if you promised to do something interesting, like
take him for a walk. He's not particularly food-oriented, so he
probably wouldn't even miss the pills.

Before Buzz went on the Remidyl chewables, he was taking the canine
version of Lodine. Some politician, I think Gore, mentioned that his
dog was taking this, and his mother-in-law was taking the human
version, and the human version was about five times the cost of the
canine version. Buzz and I were, briefly, doing the same and the cost
differential was, indeed, that reported by the politician. I was
surprised.

Absynth is good for aching bones and a non-surgical cure for tape worm.

Hadn't Al converted his mother in law to the dog version?
