Does the US Air Force have any enlistment careers in Intelligence? Or
are all jobs in that field reserved for officers only? But would that
include NCOs?
Help me out here. And thank you.

If anything, career is dominated by enlisted force vice officers.

I did the 6920th ESG at Misawa, 6903rd ESG at Osan (Skivvy Nine!), the
6922nd ESS at Clark and the 48th IS at Kelly. Throw in two deployments to
Riyadh with the 6975th ESS (P) while with the 48th and you have my career.
Just as I was getting out I learned they were allowing us Analyst to become
Area Specialist on AWACS. I missed out and spent my entire time
chairborne.

What were your years at "Skivvy nine". Linda's were 87-88.

I used to fly on AWACS down in Bolivia, Honduras, and Colombia. The crews
were always trying to gawk at my radio which I used to listen to the Sandinistas,
and drug runners. I had the rig modified so all the lights went out at the flick of a
switch. Pretty effective platform to listen with, as they gave me my own UHF
and VHF antennas on the belly side, plus a tap into the tail HF receive antenna.
