Military jet crashes, pilot ejects safely
(EXCERPT) LAS VEGAS, Nevada (AP) -- An attack jet on a training
mission crashed at an Air Force range, but the pilot ejected safely,
officials said.
The A-10 Thunderbolt II went down shortly after 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at
