Two wing commanders named at Ramstein

KAISERSLAUTERN, Germany — Air Force officials have announced the
leaders of Ramstein Air Base’s two new wings, which will be activated
Jan. 15.
Brig. Gen. Rosanne Bailey will command the 435th Air Base Wing and be
responsible for Ramstein base support functions, according to a news
release. She also will be commander of the Kaiserslautern military
community, which includes more than 40,000 American military members,
dependents and civilians.
