It would be nice if the Soviets, er, Russians, could come up with an
original idea every now and then. You can almost see the little holes where
the "Global Hawk" emblem used to be.

I think your being a little harsh. They are not that similar to Global
Hawk in fact number 3 doesn't look like it at all.

When you are talking vehicles designed to do very similar jobs you
expect them to have some considerable similarities. Number 2 though is
different in having a much more streamlined upper fueslage and having
a 'chin' or ventral Avionics bay. Both also look as though they
should be considerably smaller than GHawk.
