F-4 EJ Kai

Does the F-4EJ Kai carry AIM-120 AMRAAMs? Or is it capable of doing so?

AFAIK the only Phantom modified to carry the AMRAAM is the F-4E ICE. I believe
the new Turkish and Greek upgrades also allow for the carriage of the AMRAAM.
