Air Force redesigns Web site
(EXCERPT) 1/30/2004 - SAN ANTONIO (AFPN) -- The Air Force is unveiling
a new look, feel and functionality for its official Web site Feb. 1.
“Air Force Link, the service’s Web site, will have a cleaner, more
modern look,” said Leslie Benito, chief of news technology and project
manager for the redesign for Air Force News Service, a part of the Air
Force News Agency.
Air Force Link provides news and information on the Air Force to more
than 1.2 million visitors who are provided more than 12.8 million Web
pages a month.
The new AF Link is not just about a new look, Mr. Benito said, it is
about improved functionality.
