Cope India 2004

I just read a brief news report about DACT between USAF F-15's (from
Elmendorf Alaska) and Indian Su-30's and Mirage 2000's. This transpired for
10 days starting on February 25 at Gwalior, India in an exercise named "Cope
India 04". The report states that this is the first US-Indian joint training
exercise in 40 years.

Does anyone have any additional information about this?

Seems to me that both sides are being closed-mouthed about the exercise.
