The founder of Hamas, who has led the organization whose charter calls
for the destruction of Israel and all in it, and whose organization
routinely uses suicide bombers to kill civilians, women & children with
no military target (unlike these helicopter attacks, who have a
specific, identified primary target).

We're going after them as well - look at Bush's "Axis of Evil" speach.

If we had peace, we might be able to search for justice. In the interim,

Actually, that's incorrect. In a conscription society, everyone is a
military target. They should not be hiding behind civilians.

Hamas should definitely stop doing that.

What, and ruin their strategy? There wouldn't be any casualties for
them to wave at the press
then. What would they do for PR? What? Take the battle into the
open? Nah, they'd get
their lights punched out by the Israelis in a week, tops. They prefer
hiding among the innocents
so they can pretend to occupy moral high ground.

In Gaza, the most crowded place on earth, there's little room for anyone to
hide from anyone.

Some families sleep in shifts in their own houses, due to lack of space.

Unfortunately, terrorists do not follow the Geneva and Hague Conventions,
and should be prosecuted wherever possible for Law of War violations, in
addition to their other offenses. What the Israelis did to Yassin will be
no different if a Predator catches Bin Laden in its crosshairs and the drone's
pilot launches a pair of Hellfires at him....Goodbye and good riddance.

Considering that Macau, Monaco, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Gibraltar have
higher population densities (Macau has about six times the population
density of Gaza), you need to reassess. Some places in poorer countries
have as much as ten times the population density of Gaza in equivalent
areas.

Gaza has only abut 3,000 people per square kilometer. This is much less
than most American cities (the city of Miami, for example, has about
3,700 people per square kilometer).

> Some families sleep in shifts in their own houses, due to lack of space.

But for some reason, nobody ever sees the terrorists who are making
bombs, or any of their activities.

Very feasible, if you have high-rise buildings to put people in. In Gaza,
there's little over 3 stories. Anything taller has been turned to rubble in
Israeli airstrikes.
