I have a scale Radio Control Sea Fury 88" wing span and I wanted to find
out:

Did the Hawker Sea Fury normally use any flaps for a land takeoff?

If so how much?

Does anyone have a copy of the takeoff check list?

Landing check list?

With thanks in advance,
Howard

Specialty Press sells reprints of many WWII RAF & RN a/c "Pilot's
Notes", basically a flight manual, including the Sea Fury Mks 10 & 11.
It has all that info. I have the SeaFury one as well as several others,
about $20, IIRC. In answer to your question, mine says "Flaps" "Up
(airfield)" , "Max. Lift (catapult)" & "Take-off (carrier)". I would
assume "(carrier)" woud also equate to a short-field take-off setting
for an airfield as well.
