Assuming some fool actually raped a woman , or worse a child, that person can't
logically say he was only following orders. Every single adult in the U.S.
knows rape is illegal. By extension he should assume it is illegal under the
UCMJ (it is).

"Superiors are only accountable but subordinates are responsible"
