View Full Version : Arabs to arm Palestinians with WMDs
Freedom Ridge
June 7th 04, 01:03 PM
Heard from a friend of mine about a news report he saw on tv tonight
which said that a radical new arabic group is planning to arm the
palestinians with WMDs.
I suppose that means nukes/chemical and bio weapons?
That wouldnt be so bad a idea.. as Israel already has WMDs.. so palis
get to fight now on a more even/level playing field.
What do other people think?
If the jewish people can have WMD... why cant other people ?

"Palis" already have bio WMDs. They are called "suicide bombers", who spread
their own bio-matter over large areas, eventually thereby infecting innocents
even oceans away with the most awful diseases such as hatred and a need for
revenge upon all those who share the bombers' values and/or support their cause.
How typical of that lot to engage in activities which insure their efforts are
doomed to failure. What sort of a disease is it which they carry, do you
suppose? Insanity is too kind a term.

In the hopes that you are simply confused, not an evil troll, I will say:
Because the Palis are, and have been since they became Trans-Jordanians in
1948, totally dedicated to the vicious murder by any means of every Jew -
Man, Woman or Baby - by the most despicable means.
The Israelis, on the other hand, want only to live in peace in the land that
has been lived in by Jews without a break for 3500 years.
There are NO Jewish representatives in any of the surrounding Islaminazi
states.
In Israel, there are Muslim representatives in the Knesset.

Why? Because Israeli nukes are to be used only as a last resort when
the security of the Jewish State is at stake. And the context here
regarding "security" is in the event of a premeditated attempt by the
arabs to destroy Israel completely.
The Palis want to do this already so giving them WMDs is insane. You
talk about freedom yet want to hand out WMDs to avowed terrorists?
What are you thinking?
If Yasser Arafat had a nuke, he'd use it on Israel... even if his own
people all perished in the blast... just to go down in history as the
one to do it.
That same mentality pervades the entire Mideast.
The Jews just want a safe homeland where Jews from around the world
can find refuge and a decent life. Many don't oppose a Pali State, so
long as the Palis don't represent a threat to Israeli existence. Fair
enough?
Rob
BTW, in 1998 it was reported by the London Times (11/14/98) that
Israel was developing an Anti-Arab Genetic Bomb. Believe me, when
Israel says "Never Again" they mean it. (Wonder how far that
researched progressed?)
There ya go. straight to the head of the class!

Actually if you look at the numbers, it is increasingly a civillian
(contractor) army. Another, (less PC) way of putting it is to say that we have
what is increasingly a mercenary army. I would much rather have an army of
conscripts than an army of characters who are not sworn to uphold our (US of A)
Constitution, and who are only obligated to answer to the highest bidder.

And you think deleting the url completely contradicting that fantasy is
going to make reality go away?

Depends on whose reality you listen to::
http://www.philly.com/mld/inquirer/2004/06/05/news/front/8843506.htm?1c
Jun. 05, 2004
"About 7,477 soldiers were signed up last month for the active Army - 262
more than the targeted number; 2,399 troops were recruited for the Army
Reserve - 172 more than the goal."
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/1115003/posts 04/10/2004
"Despite a rising tide of combat deaths and the prospect of deployments to
Iraq and Afghanistan for years to come, Americans continue to volunteer for
duty and are re-enlisting at record rates"
http://www.cnn.com/2004/US/05/19/military.recruiting.ap/ May 19, 2004
"Statistics through 2003 show all branches hitting annual targets, with no
dramatic spikes. In fiscal year 2003, the Army, Navy, Marines and Air Force
brought in 184,879 recruits to active duty, exceeding the objective by more
than 500."

You mean this one?
http://abcnews.go.com/sections/wnt/US/military_recruitment_040602.html
How about this one?
http://www.military.com/NewsContent/0,13319,FL_numbers_041404,00.html
Or this one? http://usmilitary.about.com/cs/joiningup/a/recruitgoals.htm
Or this one? http://msnbc.msn.com/id/3540775/
Even the ABC story you giggle at is slanted to the National Guard and
Reserve recruitment issue, NOT the active force.
Congress needs to authorize a larger active force and the need for
NG/Reserve forces will diminish.

I think we're quibbling over the meaning of words here. After NG and Reserve
units and personnel are activated and shipped over to Iraq, they are considered
part of the active force.....not the regular component, to be sure, but as much
a part of the actives doing the fighting as the full-time professionals are. NG
units and personnel in particular are removed from the legal control of their
respective state AGs when they're activated and are placed under the legal
control of the DOD.
