Does anyone know the future airforce plans for the E-10A?

Kind of curious as to what command would be in charge of it,
and where it would be based (STRATCOM/Offutt?).
It also seems to open up another can of worms since its built on a 767
airframe, and since there is no current AF maintenance facilities for
that airframe. If they do deploy this plane, i'll bet the AF wishes they
would have built the Jstars and AWACS on the same platform. If they
would have used a 747 platform, at least they could have leveraged the
E4 and ABL (If it ever happens) maintenance facilities. Offut is already
set up for the E4/747 anyway.
