Who on this group could have dreamed 3 years ago that we'd be losing the war on
Terror?

I saw General McCaffrey on MSNBC last night. He just returned from
Afghanistan. Although Al Qaeda has been hit hard there, they are still active.
And the warlords are running the countryside. The opium/heroin trade is back
in the billions of dollars and lots of that money is being used against us.

In short, the Bushies blew the war in Afghanistan.

Iraq is definitely in the throes of civil war -- that was the worst case
outcome of our invasion. Bush brings on the worst case scenario -- through
maladroitly disbanding the Iraqi army, by sending the baathist operatives home,
but flubbing the rebuilding projects and on and on, and it goes right over your
head.

Bush and his policies are a miserable failure.

Anybody can see that.
