Bob Gibbons[_2_]
Texas Soaring Association retires its parachutes as they approach 20
years. We currently have two parachutes that are approaching this
club imposed limit.
Sale price is based on new replacement cost and zero value at the end
of 20 years. Both chutes are 4.5 years from this limit.
Chutes have been...

GP:Live --- one more thing... by
[email protected]
.... actually two.
#1 - I added weather overlays (GOES 3km resolution). This is the feature that my crew has been using during WGC and I just had enough time to remove few rough edges and make it good enough for general public consumption. With this feature, now you can see who was where when and...

Bill[_21_]
Zoegling 10 Meter Primary Glider.
It is my hope to learn more about the history of this particular glider. If you know about this model glider or its history, please contact me.
Not the modern sailplane of today, but an important part of our gliding history. This 1920’s/1930’s Zoegling is out...

Dittel FGS50 issue and OAT Indicator by
[email protected]
All,
I wanted to check if anyone has seen this problem before with a Walter Dittel FGS50: When I power up the display shows 188.888 and will not transmit nor receive.
If RAS fails I'll call Peninsula Avionics.
Also, I'm looking for a source for 2 glider specific items.
1) The vertical bar...

USA PF Brick question by
Andy[_1_]
I've been getting familiar with my PowerFLARM brick and Butterfly display before installing it.
I created a flarmcfg.txt file and loaded it using a USB stick. The file loads ok as confirmed by the configuration indicating my glider ICAO address. However, after the expected flashing green/red LED...

ILEC SN10 test version 2.37x4 available by
Dave Nadler
Version 2.37x4 is available. Tiny wind arrow
on moving map is the most visible change, fewer
warnings, clears many warnings automatically,
internal improvements, etc...
Also repairs a logger bug introduced in 2.37x1
(thanks Walt).

[email protected]
In case anyone else out there is still using these, an online store called 'Cables to Go' currently sells the USB sync/charge cables for the iPAQ 3800/3900 (which also works with most other iPAQ's) for $.40 each. Shipping is extra, but it was $9.00 for the TEN cables I bought. $13.00 TOTAL for...
