PW-5 PW-6 'stiff' rudder pedals by
son_of_flubber
Coming from SGS and Blanik glider experience, the rudder pedals in a PW-6 seem "stiff" to me.
1.Are the rudder pedals in a PW-5 likewise stiff?
2.Is the stiffness a design shortcoming or a feature? Does the stiffness have any purpose? Do some people prefer this feel?

Need pictures of Komet Trailer Elevator Holder by
Scott Alexander[_2_]
I have a Komet trailer with an elevator mount vertically on the floor
of the trailer.
It is placed between the fuselage and wing.
I am wanting to modify my trailer to have the elevator held flat to
the ceiling of the trailer directly above the fuselage. This is now
the modern way.
If anyone has...

Mounting GPS antennas under panel cover by
kirk.stant
I'm thinking of mounting a couple of "mouse" GPS antennas on the inside of my fiberglass LS6 panel cover using Dual-Lock on the TOP of the GPS antenna.. Reason is to have more real estate to place the antennas, and still provide a "break-away" function if I have to jettison the canopy (and cover,...

iPad 4? by
Duster
Apple is rumored to have a smaller, 7" iPad in the works to compete
with the Kindle Fire which would make it more accomodating in the
cockpit for a nav aid than the 11" version. (There may also be a touch-
screen in development with realistic tactile feel from a company in
Sweden). Anyone have an...

RN
Our club is reviewing emergency procedures.
Does anyone have a good checklist we might be able to use.
We would like to create a list of emergency numbers and contacts for
use by whoever is on the airport at the time.
