Monokote trim patches for covering holes - not recommended by Uncle Fuzzy
A while back I posted that I had used Monokote trim to cover some of the larger holes in my Speed Astir fuselage. They did a nice neat job of covering the holes, but here's the follow-up. I removed one a couple weeks ago that had been in place for a couple months. The mylar pulled off cleanly,...

Barographs? by Tony[_5_]
Anyone have a Barograph or two sitting on a shelf collecting dust? I would like to put one or two of these relics back into service generating FAI Badges. Replogle preferred as that is what I have experience with, however I'll consider any other model. Thanks! Tony

Glide computer review by Itsaplane[_2_]
I'm looking for a ship to buy and find that I don't have much perspective in evaluating various glide computers. Is there an existing and comprehensive glide computer review? My doubtlessly flawed view of the glide computer universe divides things into two main groups - panel mounted and...

gel coat by BobWa43
Is gel coat crazing purely a cosmetic problem or does it pose a threat to the structural integity of the underlying fiberglass? I realize this is a controbersial issue but I would really like to hear the current opinions of members with experience refinishing gel coated gliders.
