Any information on the TST-10M? by
Tom767
Gentlemen,
I have recently been considering buying the TST-10M motorglider produced by a
Czech company. I have had trouble finding information this glider. The
unpopularity of it and the outstanding performance of the glider indicated by
the charts are making me a bit hesitant in my purchase.
If...

Monokote trim patches for covering holes - not recommended by
Uncle Fuzzy
A while back I posted that I had used Monokote trim to cover some of
the larger holes in my Speed Astir fuselage. They did a nice neat job
of covering the holes, but here's the follow-up. I removed one a
couple weeks ago that had been in place for a couple months. The
mylar pulled off cleanly,...

Bad Aviation Films by
Dan Marotta
Since we've had favorites, how about bad ones?
Someone mentioned Top Gun.Â* I thought that was horrible.Â* Yeah, there
was eye candy for both of the only two real genders, and there were a
bunch of great shots of aircraft, but the story line was total crap.
So for one of my favorite bad...

ASW-24 vs ASW-28 by
Kloudy via AviationKB.com
Appears there are some ASW-28s for sale.
Having only flown the ASW-24 and '27, what are the differences between the
'24 and '28?

Barographs? by
Tony[_5_]
Anyone have a Barograph or two sitting on a shelf collecting dust? I
would like to put one or two of these relics back into service
generating FAI Badges. Replogle preferred as that is what I have
experience with, however I'll consider any other model. Thanks!
Tony

WTB: used 57mm Altimeter OR swap for 80mm Altimeter by
joesimmers
If anyone has a used (57mm) altimeter they are interested in selling
please contact me.
It needs to be TSO and I believe the only one that makes a certified
altimeter in 57mm size
is Winter instruments.
I have a very nice 80mm Altimeter to trade, sell, swap, etc.
Thanks,

Glide computer review by
Itsaplane[_2_]
I'm looking for a ship to buy and find that I don't have much
perspective in evaluating various glide computers. Is there an
existing and comprehensive glide computer review?
My doubtlessly flawed view of the glide computer universe divides
things into two main groups - panel mounted and...

Terra TPX 720 by
GM
Hi all in US-glider land,
would anyone have a copy of an installation or maintenance manual or
wiring diagram for a Terra TPX 720 radio? I got a hold of an old unit
which I would like to install on the panel of our winch. It used to be
installed in a tow plane and it has two plugs on the bottom...

gel coat by
BobWa43
Is gel coat crazing purely a cosmetic problem or does it pose a threat to the structural integity of the underlying fiberglass? I realize this is a controbersial issue but I would really like to hear the current opinions of members with experience refinishing gel coated gliders.
