it anywhere else? Be glad to have any info about articles/accounts of
people who have done this.
Also has anyone been able to climb up the sunny side of a cumulus
cloud? Read somewhere that one famous glider pilot did this and...

Oxymeters by
Gerhard Wesp
All,
anybody using oxymeters to control their saturation ratio during flight?
In the alps we frequently fly in altitudes around 10k feet where legally
no oxygen is required. However a recent article made me wonder if
additional oxygen would make sense even at these altitudes.
If I could confirm...

ASG-29E vs. JS-1Jet Sustainer by
Gerry Simpson
I am very interested in purchasing one or the other and having difficulty weighing the merits each of because of no direct experience with either. I would like to have some advice concerning reliability, resale values, performance and build quality. Can I compare apples and apples with these two?

ClearVav vs. LXNav by

New glider on the way. Would like objective opinions from pilots who have flown with both ClearNav and LXNav and spent enough time to make an honest, educated evaluation. Let me preface this with the information that I have flown with ClearNav since being an early adopter. Both appear to have...

Tinted canopies by

What has been the experience among the readers of this sight with respect to colorless or blue tinted canopies and perception changes. For example, do haze domes look essentially the same? Do crops and ground features appear altered? It was conveyed to me from a reasonably knowledgeable source that...
