Peschges VP 4 E NAV manuals wanted by
Georg Holderied
I am looking for mounting / operating manuals for Peschges VP 4 E NAV

Our club has two of these and we would like to mount them instead of the
broken old Cambridge Mark IV in our ASK-23s.
The manufacturer asked me for the serial numbers and...

Two proposals to explore Dynamic Soaring by
Matt Herron Jr.
Dynamic soaring works only when the glider is passing through a path of
changing wind velocity. In this way the glider can gain or loose
energy independent of it's own kinetic and potential energy (as in a
shear or wind gradient). For example on final approach into a 15 knot
headwind, we increase...

Lak-20 by
Francisco De Almeida
The Lak-20 made its maiden flight a few days ago. Pics: =
http://www.lak.lt/index.php?nid=3D55.
Let's hope the old truism about good looks and flying qualities doesn't =
hold this time, as the newcomer is a bit on the gangly side.

Do you assemble your glider paying good attention to it? by

the
wing-to-fuselage attachment point.' Wrong, it was clearly
outboard of that. Seems like an odd place for a multi

State and National records question by
Gary Emerson
I know I've seen this before, but can't find it. Somewhere there is a
document that states by what amount a State or National record must be
exceeded by to set a new record.
Anyone know where that might be?
Thanks
Gary

Are my eyes playing tricks or is there no wing tape being used on
Ventus 2 "GV", which is quoted as competing in the Sports Class
Nationals. I've heard of circling in sink to mess with the competition
but no wing tape?

The Junior US Team by
[email protected]
As most of you who follow the machinations of this little on line group
know, the US will be sending a team of at least two, perhaps three
pilots to the Junior WGC in Rieti this summer.
At this point we have the pilots, but nothing for them to fly. It is
our fond hope that within the next few...
