Importing a Glider from Neatherlands to So Cal by
Dan[_6_]
I'm interested in learning more importing a used glider (15 meter
span) from the Neatherlands to Southern California.
Anybody have any experience at this?
Any advice would be useful.
Rough estimate of cost?
How long?
Thank you in advance,
Dan Rihn

Help adding a 2nd waypoint file in XCSoar by
Vsoars
I can't pull up the new waypoint file.
When I start XCSoar, it does not show two profiles for the two waypoint lists I have up-loaded. Does that mean that the new waypoint file is not loaded correctly, or can I select the new waypoint list via another screen?

I'm hoping someone can help me out. I have a Dittel FSG 2T radio that needs a new display.
The only repairman I've been told is Anton Lang of Lang Funktechnik.
Does anyone on this forum know how I might reach Mr Lang or anyone else who can do repairs on Dittel radios? I tried Mr Lang's e-mail...

I purchased a Avier and installed XC Soar. When I use it to fly cross country, it freezes up after less than an hour of use. I see the course line and the glider symbol. but it doesn't move. I can't get the "quit" message to show up.

with my vehicle or your vehicle, it is usually much cheaper if I use
your vehicle but I can do either. My fee is typicially about $.45 a
mile with my vehicle however it can differ depending on the

Folks, could anyone tell me what the part number/description is for the
fitting that screws into the bottom of the PIK-20 ballast dump tube for
filling. My PIK's ballast system appears to be in good repair but I can't
seem to find what fitting to use. I'm sure it is some kind of metric...
