Communicating with OLC by
[email protected]
How does one communicate with OLC? I sent a service request days ago without a reply to date.
ID and password does not work anymore; it has worked fine for months and AOK up until a week ago.
Is membership account dependent on age of your "donation"?

Trailer plans by
Geoff Minors
Looks like the trailer for my Open Cirrus is falling apart from its trip across Canada!!
I am thinking I should build a new trailer myself which I have no problem with.
Are there any plans out there I can purchase or scrounge? Thinking of a clam type shell trailer.
Thank for help.

Grob Gasket for 103 Twin II Acro by
Charlie Papa[_2_]
IIRC, the rubber gasket seal around the cockpit is a Volkswagon part. Can someone give me the part number, or correct my recollection? The G 103 owned by Youth Flight Canada Education Fund has a torn gasket that needs replacing.
Any info appreciated...

Source for db25 shell for locking pins on a Becker 4201? by
Sarah Anderson[_2_]
Becker likes to use slide locks for the db25 connector on the back of the radio.
The ar3201 has a circular pin slide lock - the ar4201 a different locking "hook" hardware set.
Does anyone have a source for such hardware? I've looked in mouser and other online catalogs, but all I find are the...

Glider cockpit size by
[email protected]
Even for smaller pilots, current cockpits are usually too snug.
I'm normal build and 5'10" so I have no trouble fitting in my Ventus 2cM, and its comfortable, but I can't move much and little stowage space. I always have more 'stuff' than places to stow it where I can reach it. There is space...

Frigatebird soars for weeks without landing by
son_of_flubber
The orginal paper published 74 1 JULY 2016 • VOL 353 ISSUE 6294 sciencemag.org SCIENCE has a lot more information. For example, their observed L/D was 23.6-19.1 between 500-700 m, but 14.3-11.7 at higher altitudes.
I'm still trying to figure out how they stay aloft at night.
A Tasty...

Any contacts in Iceland? by
RL
Does anyone have a contact at the Svifflugfélag Íslands glider club
outside of Reykjavik? If not there, any contact in the Iceland soaring
community would be helpful.
Thanks,

Can anyone help please with a contact e-mail ID for any member of the
development team who built this excellent product. None of the
Stransim site e-mail links work - mail is always "administratively
rejected" - whatever that means.
Many thanks
