Looking for articles on flying OLC. Performance optimization. by
Mike N.
I am looking for articles / videos on how to compete well on OLC.
How to get the best scoring, What type of tasks are better than others, or just working in OLC flying in general.
Any links to articles or videos, or whatever would be useful.
For others as well as myself I'm sure.

Cobra trailer fittings for different glider makes & models by
John W
In general, how different are the fittings in a Cobra trailer for
different makes and models of gliders, 15M and Standard class?
For example, what changes would be required to put an ASW20 into an
ASW28, or Discus, or Ventus rigged Cobra trailer?
Thanks for any advice,
John

At long last, the story of how Pez Gets His Diamonds is being published.

Just click on the Pez logo on the front page. All the back issues are there
and at the bottom is the "button" with...

Paul Remde
Hi,
Plans are coming along nicely for the upcoming US Region 7 Soaring Contest
in Albert Lea, MN which begins with a practice day on May 28th. The only
thing missing is enough competitors. I believe that many pilots are
planning to compete but have not yet registered. If you are planning...

emailing your log file from an iPhone by
Dave Nadler
These days we're asked to email our log files to
the (often remote) scorer, and PC's are, well, so passe.
It's a drag running around trying to find somebody with a
PC to email the file. And we definitely to NOT want
to delay the scoring.
Some flight computers can send the log file directly from...

Kestrel 19 - T59D Manual by
Bruce Greef
Hi all
If anyone has an electronic version of the T59D manual I would much appreciate a
copy. I do have a paper version came with serial #1771. Unfortunately the
quality is poor and many of the diagrams are illegible (high acid paper + 30 years)
As an aside - I have the standard question - what...

Hi Folks
I have XC-Soar running on my new HP314 and it is good. I have increased
the font size on the info boxes to 60pt and they are very readable. Screen
is bright and easy to see in all conditions except when the unit is aligned
so that the sun reflects directly off it into your eyes. In fact I...

Sparrowhawk Ultralight by
[email protected]
Can someone who has flown a Sparrowhawk give their impression of the
AC. What does it do well? Can you really compare this sailplane to a 15
meter or any current sailplane? Can it be a serious cross country flier?
