Commodious Sailplane? by James Hamilton
Jim, I have a Ventus C (for sale). I am 6'2' and about 200lbs. This ship has the 'b' cockpit (Schempp Hirth made 'a' cockpits for pilots 5'10' and shorter). I fly without the seat back (and with a parachute) and cannot reach the rudder pedals if I put them in the full forward position. If you...

commodious sailplane by Andy Davey
I agree with Astir CS and club Astir, also K23. Haven't flown any of the higher performance stuff..If you're looking for wooden ships, then try a Skylark 4 - huge armchair of a cockpit! But probably not too many for sale over there. Forget Ka6 and early DG ships... Andy

Problem with SeeYou's web site? by Roger Worden
Is it just me, or is the Naviter web site having problems? I can browse through part of the site, but any .php pages such as http://www.connectme.si/dload.php can't be found. I don't think it's my PC or browser - other sites with php work fine. I'd contact their support group, but the Support page...

Fabric Softener sheet for mice by Steve Leonard
I was having a problem with mice getting into my glass ship. Dropped fabric softener sheets in the fuselage, mean gear well, and the vent by the tail. No more evidence of mice in the plane. Worked for me. Used new Bounce. And the plane smelled nice, too! Steve Leonard

The Audit, the board, the by-laws by Frank Reid
