Where can we get tube and tire for a Russia? Boggs

Does anybody have plans for installing a CG hook in an SGS 1-26? We are doing a lot of winch launching here and I'm sure we could get much higher if our 1-26 had a CG hook in it. Thanks. Gary Boggs
