Compare ADS-B and XM weather by
Eric Greenwell[_4_]
I'm interested in the utility of ADS-B and XM weather products for
soaring (I know about the geographic availability). Has anyone used
either enough to know? For example, XM weather has the visible satellite
images, but I don't think ADS-B does. Is that a deal killer?

Twin Astir Canopy Replacement by
YFCpilots
If anyone knows where I could find either a complete frame AND plexi
canopy for the rear cockpit of a Twin Astir (not Twin II) I'd
appreciate the help. Our Canadian Freedoms Wings program for
paraplegic pilots is at a standstill as we've broken our rear canopy.
Its a frustrating position to be in...

Wingrunner Checklist by

My club is considering implementing a wing runner checklist. The wing runner would perform this mental checklist at some point before they give the Begin Takeoff signal.

Hi All,
In the process of trying to install a TOST towing system on a Super

by TOST, and there was no way we could make it fit, so it's having to

Pilatus B4 and corrosion by
Mika Koski
Hi,
does anybody know annything about Pilatus B4 having issues with
corrosion? I heard that parts of the plane are somehow corrosion
protected, but does it work even today when most of the B4s are 30
years old with 3000 hours or so? Google does not give much information
about it, so does this mean...
