O 2 system check
And the test facility should do a detailed internal inspection as well as a hydrostatic pressure test and in sone cases even ask for an eddy current inspection if its a suspect cylinder. Check with the tank manufacturer for what should be required for this cylinder and for any service bulletins etc..
