I would like to build a fuselage support dolly for my Ka6 CR does anybody have pictures or plans of one they can share?

I have owned two Ka-6cr's. Both were welded square tube steel frames with Saddles of canvas. I think that in my redo of this second one I will try for a fabric lined fiberglass saddle with a steel structure. Start with the trailer and design backwards...keep your critical dimensions at hand, use quality wheels and hardware, provide ample support to the fuselage, keep the ships wheel in mind as well as the cg hook if it is there. |
