What the hell is wrong with the NexRad Doppler radars in Detroit andCleveland?

Jesus christ, the NexRad Radar station in Detroit is down AGAIN, and
again (at the same time) so is Cleveland.

What the **** is wrong with those stations? They work all friggin
winter when there's no heavy weather and now in the summer seems that
once a week those 2 stations are down for part of (or an entire) day
or two.
