Trimble 2000X Navigator

Trimble 2000X Navigator? According to this website, it will be certified to TSO C146a (as Garmin GNS480) and at $6,500, this sounds like a good deal. I have a Trimble GPS, but I thought Trimble sold its aviation GPS business to Free Flight Systems. Any inside story?
