searching for flying school

Hi all, can you reccomend to me any flight school in the vicinity of
New York/ Newark or Chicago where I could obtain affordable flight training
(esspecially TIME BUILDING in C150/152?) and multiengine training (only
Seneca) also practice in ifr SE and training in ME IFR. I already have US
Commercial SE with IFR, (also 1-class glider pilot gold badge w/3diam.)
plane training made in KS and CA= quite too faaaar away= no convenient
transportation. I am a student from Europe/ Poland so accomodation would be
a great advantage . I would like to come for training in summer months, like
July, August, September (not so important)
If you know any nice place for training somewhere in USA please let me
know, I drove accross all country so I can consider doing it again. Very
courious about that. or . I can
