Default Any Hints for servicing Tost Master Cylinder (Type 7)?

Specifically, is there an easy way to seat/move into the proper position the "Seal G" on the master piston?

I've lubricated with brake fluid, but had my first attempt result in a snapped/failed seal.

Any experienced hints would be appreciated.

I found the very same problem with 2 seals supplied from Tost. It appears the seal in the kit is the incorrect size or old stock that is no longer supple enough to fit over the flange.
