Power Flarm in a Super Cub

Does anyone have useful comments to make regarding Flarm aerial
placement in a Super Cub ? (Specifically Power Flarm, but regular Flarm
also valid )

I flew a Super Cub with a Flarm stuck on top of the panel a few weeks ago
and to be frank, it was crap.

If you have an installation which you think is good, please tell me about
it and ideally provide evidence from the Flarm range display websites
(preferably both transmit and receive).

For the uninitiated, receive quality can be shown on the Flarm Range Tool
web page http://www.flarm.com/support/analyze/index_en.html by
uploading an igc file from the Flarm and the transmit quality can be shown
online at http://www.kisstech.ch/flarm-liverange/ by inputting the Flarm
ID
(This only likely to work in Europe)
