Meanwhile, you can get the latest update on this page (see the right hand side): http://www.flarm.com/support/updates/index_en.html Butterfly updates (including FLARM net) from Butterfly's web site. http://www.air-avionics.com/air/inde...stomer-support Hope that helps, Best Regards, Dave |

The site still seem to be down. Anyone knows what is going on? I never get emails for new firmware versions, the site has been unaccessible for months, it seems the US support for powerflarm is definitely on the weak side.

Dave, are you sure the link you provide is relevant for Powerflarms in the US? It provides link to install version 5.13. As far as I can tell this is Flarm firmware, not Powerflarm. The website for Powerflarm is http://www.powerflarm.aero/index.php...ge-and-support and the version is 3.4. I must say having multiple web sites is rather confusing. BTW While looking at the release note I noticed that the following was added: Configurable vertical FLARM range ($PFLAC,,VRANGE) This means the vertical range can now be increased from the original 500m. This is great news for buddy flying. Ramy |

You may have some luck with the Valley Soaring Association web site.
Peter Kelly wrote in depth step by step instructions for upgrading powerflarm and butterfly instruments and has the firmware links as well. It is written in blog form so you have to read quite a way down the page to find it. Try this link or google valley soaring association. Flarm is working on a new and improved website. Please stay tuned. Rex Mayes |

I have 3.2.1 on my device now and the PF website only has 3.2 as the latest. The Butterfly site only has updates available through a PC unless I missed it. |

Sent 3.2.2 via e-mail (specifically bfd_3_2_2_2332.bfw). I keep a copy in a folder on my USB stick in case I have to regress (like the cycling problem in 3.2.1). I also keep a copy of my stick... Dan |

And, looking further, see it at: http://www.air-avionics.com/air/inde...stomer-support. It's not intuitive, considering the other page only gives 3.2.
You probably want to bookmark this one... |
