Default winpilot assigned area task

I am new to using winpilot. I like the software but the documentation
is a little weak. Setting up an assigned area task it asks for min
distance and max distance . Would the answers be the radius of the
turnpoint. e.g. 10 mile radius equals 10 mile minimum, and 10 mile
maximum.
Is there a winpilot forum with q an a.
thanks

Hi,

I'm not an expert on WinPilot, but my guess is that you would leave the
minimum radius at 0 and put 10 miles in for the maximum.

The minimum radius parameter is not used in the USA, but in other countries
it can be used along with vectors to create a wedge that is not centered on
the airport.

Rich,

Use 0 for the minimum.

10 for the max.

If you have any other question feel free to call or email.
