C'mon Ian, he gave you a link. The website explains in the first
sentence where the comp is. How much prompting do you need? Besides, can't you tell by his gentlemanly southern accent that Sam is from Chester, South Carolina? I'd ask when "manners" shifted from your side of the Atlantic to ours, but I just reread this note...
