I'm hoping the poster known as "TRUTH" will check into this. There
appears to be a conspiracy going on here.

They do look similar. However, the hair of one of the gentlemen is
parted differently in the front. Since the two photos look to be of men
about the same age, it is unlikely its the same person, combing his
hair differently. Folks, by the time they get to the age of the two men
in the photos, generally are pretty consistant in their appearance from
day to day.
