A chimpanzee did not fly Mercury 7. The chimpanzee "Ham" flew on Mercury-Redstone 2 and the chimpanzee "Enos" flew on Mercury-Atlas 5. Mercury-Atlas 7 was flown by Scott Carpenter. |
