Default Checklist Mnemonics

Whilst wandering around the cyber-wastelands the other day, I came
across http://socal.pilotinside.com/tools.asp. The site has lots of good
[free] stuff there, including a 29-page PDF file describing maneuvers for
the C-172. Problem is, it refers to a couple checklist mnemonics I am not
familiar with. Googling didn't seem to help uncover them. I'm betting
someone in our R.A.P. community can unravel them for me.
