My question was not one of ARE there legal issues . .it's not allowable
by FCC rules .. but rather are users just ignoring them and using the cell phone for weather anyway. "Maule Driver" wrote in message .com... This has been covered in several threads in the past. You might try a Google for background. "OtisWinslow" wrote in message ... I also am a weathertap subscriber and like it. I use it on the ground though over the Internet. Aren't there going to be legal issues with using it with a cell phone in the air?
